Synopsis:

Increasing the rate of employer contributions for those in the optional retirement program at the University System of Maryland or its constituent institutions, Morgan State University, St. Mary's College, Baltimore City Community College, the Maryland Higher Education Commission, or the Historic St. Mary's Commission; requiring participants to contribute; and phasing in the changes.
