Synopsis:

Incorporating into the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers a licensing and regulatory authority for home inspectors; establishing the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors; providing for home inspector members of the Commission; altering specified residency requirements for members of the Commission; providing for a vice chairman of the Commission; requiring an individual to be licensed before the individual may provide home inspection services in the State; etc.
