Vehicle Laws - Medical Advisory Board - Safe Operation of Motor Vehicles

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to appoint a Medical Advisory Board; requiring the MVA, in conjunction with specified entities, to define disorders or conditions that could impair an individual's ability to operate a motor vehicle safely; specifying who may file specified reports with the Board; authorizing the MVA to conduct an investigation to determine if there is an underlying factual basis for specified reports; authorizing the MVA to conduct driver examinations; etc.
