Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Architects, the State Board for Professional Engineers, the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors, the State Board for Professional Land Surveyors, the State Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects, and the State Board of Plumbing in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to July 1, 2013, the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Boards; etc.
