Illegal Drugs - Heroin - Mandatory Minimum Sentence

Synopsis:

Providing that the State may apply for a mandatory minimum sentence for manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, or possessing heroin with an intent to distribute; providing that the mandatory minimum sentence may not be suspended; and providing that the person sentenced may not be paroled during the mandatory minimum sentence except in accordance with specified provisions.
