Entitled:
Criminal Law - Drug Free Zones - Recreation Areas

Synopsis:

Making it a felony to commit specified drug related offenses in a recreation area; establishing penalties for committing specified drug related offenses in a recreation area; establishing that a sentence imposed for committing specified drug related offenses in a recreation area be served consecutively to other sentences; providing that specified sentences do not merge; authorizing the State or political subdivisions to post signs designating a recreation area to be a drug free zone; etc.
