Synopsis:

Defining invasive disease; adding specified invasive diseases to the list of diseases that are required to be reported by a director of a medical laboratory to a specified health officer within a specified period of time; exempting a report of noncholera vibriosis when obtained from specified areas of the patient's body; etc.
