Synopsis:

Requiring hospitals, related institutions, alternative health systems, and employers to report specified employment actions and terminations of employment of respiratory care practitioners; providing exceptions to the reporting requirement; providing procedures for reporting treatment of a respiratory care practitioner in an alcohol and drug treatment program; etc.
