Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland State Police to use the Maryland Automated Accident Reporting System to collect information relating to driver distractions as contributing causes of traffic accidents; requiring that the information be collected from July 1, 2001, to September 30, 2003, both inclusive; requiring that specified reports be made.
