Job-Related Substance Abuse Testing - Specimens - Collection

Synopsis:

Adding saliva derived from the human body to the list of specimens that may be used for job-related substance abuse testing; providing that an employer may require a person to submit a specimen for job-related substance abuse testing; requiring an employer to follow chain of custody and quality assurance procedures when collecting a specimen; and requiring an employer to collect a specified quantity of a specimen.
