Natural Resources - Tidal Fish License - Exemption for Live Bait Harvesters and Dealers

Synopsis:

Exempting live bait harvesters and dealers involved with finfish from obtaining a specified license; requiring the Department of Natural Resources to conduct a study of bait fish harvested and sold in Maryland to determine the impact of the harvesting on the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem; etc.
