Entitled:
Alcoholic Beverages - Underage Violations - Misdemeanors

Synopsis:

Altering specified alcoholic beverages violations for furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor from civil offenses to misdemeanors; altering the amount a court may charge a defendant for court costs in a proceeding for underage alcoholic beverages violations; and establishing that a court may place a defendant on probation before judgment for underage alcoholic beverages misdemeanors that are a first offense.
