Motor Vehicle Administration - Records - Violations Committed by Persons Under the Age of 21 Years

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to keep records of alcohol-related violations committed by persons under the age of 21 years; requiring that the records be kept segregated by the Administration and be made available only to specified entities; providing the conditions under which a specified violation may be received or considered by a court; prohibiting the disclosure of records except under specified circumstances; defining a term; and making technical corrections.
