Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Mercury Discharge and Control; providing for specified membership, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; providing for the designation of a chairman of the Task Force by the Governor; requiring the Task Force to issue a final report by February 1, 2002; prohibiting Task Force members from receiving compensation, and authorizing members to be reimbursed; providing for the termination of the Act at the end of February 28, 2002; etc.
