Dredge Spoil - Cox Creek Citizens Oversight Committee

Synopsis:

Establishing a Cox Creek Citizens Oversight Committee to monitor the redeposit of dredge spoil and respond to citizen complaints in the Cox Creek area; providing for the appointment of members of the Committee; requiring the Committee to appoint a liaison to the Innovative Use Advisory Council; authorizing the Governor to establish the terms of members of the Committee; establishing the qualifications of members of the Committee; and establishing the duties of the Committee.
