Criminal Procedure - Expungement of Records

Synopsis:

Repealing a limitation on the expungement of criminal records to only one criminal act which is not a crime of violence that is granted a full and unconditional pardon by the Governor; and repealing a provision of law prohibiting the expungement of an individual's record if the individual has been convicted of other crimes or is a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding.
