Synopsis:

Establishing a Child Support Enforcement Car Boot Pilot Program within the Department of Human Resources; requiring the Program to be administered by the Child Support Enforcement Administration of the Department; authorizing specified child support enforcement offices to place an immobilizing boot on the vehicle of an obligor as a method of enforcement for child support arrearages; requiring the local office to provide specified notice to the obligor; establishing specified procedures and guidelines for implementation of the Act; etc.
