Child Support Payments - Enforcement - Suspension or Denial of Recreational Licenses

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to request specified licensing authorities to suspend or deny specified recreational licenses of individuals who hold those licenses who are in arrears more than 120 days with respect to child support payments; requiring the licensing authorities to suspend or deny the recreational licenses under specified circumstances; providing for specified administrative procedures and due process protections applicable to the suspension or denial of the licenses; etc.
