Entitled:
Judicial Sentencing Restoration Act - Nonviolent Drug Offenses

Synopsis:

Repealing penalty provisions which provide for specified mandatory minimum sentences for specified nonviolent drug-related offenses; altering penalties for specified offenses; repealing specified provisions pertaining to penalties for specified subsequent offenders; and providing for the application of the Act.
