Calvert County - Bingo - Nonprofit Organizations

Synopsis:

Authorizing in Calvert County a volunteer fire department or a fraternal, civic, war veterans', religious, or charitable organization or corporation to conduct a charitable bingo event under specified circumstances without first obtaining a permit; and authorizing the County Commissioners of Calvert County to adopt regulations governing charitable bingo events.
