Increasing the number of members on the Washington County Board of License Commissioners from three to five; altering the number of members on the Washington County Board of License Commissioners representing the same political party from two to three; and requiring at least one member of the Washington County Board of License Commissioners to have some familiarity or experience with the alcoholic beverages industry.
