Synopsis:

Prohibiting intentionally causing unreasonable physical contact, engaging in unreasonable conduct with intent to place another in fear of contact, or attempting to cause unreasonable physical contact to another; providing that physical injury is not a defense; establishing penalties; requiring that an offense be charged in a specified manner; providing that a violation is not a lesser included offense; providing that a spouse may be compelled to testify if there has been a previous charge of offensive contact; etc.
