Synopsis:

Providing that persons convicted of being an accessory after the fact are guilty of a felony and on conviction are subject to specified penalties; providing an exception if another law provides a penalty for being an accessory; repealing provisions of law relating to penalties for felonies and benefit of clergy; etc.
