Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $2,984,025, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of the City of New Carrollton for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of an addition to the existing community center located at 8511 Legation Road in New Carrollton; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
