Employees' Pension System - University of Maryland Medical System Corporation

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified employees of the University of Maryland Medical System Corporation who participate in the Employees' Pension System to qualify for contributory pension benefits; providing for the purchase of service credit to avoid an actuarial deficiency adjustment in an allowance payable on behalf of those members; altering the computation of a cost-of-living adjustment for specified allowances; providing for the payment of the liabilities under the Act; etc.
