Providing that specified actions by the board of directors of a Maryland corporation or a committee of the board may be taken by a unanimous consent given in writing or by electronic transmission; providing that meetings of the board of directors of a Maryland corporation may be held by means of remote communication; providing that meeting notices may be delivered to the directors of a Maryland corporation by electronic transmission; etc.
