Corporations and Real Estate Investment Trusts

Synopsis:

Providing that signatures on documents filed with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation may be facsimiles; providing that a determination required or permitted to be made relating to assets and liabilities, book value, fair value, or the authorization of a distribution is prima facie proper under specified circumstances; requiring stock issued prior to the time specified articles supplementary are effective shall cease to be voidable when the articles supplementary become effective; etc.
