Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retirees - Nurses

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are employed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as nurses in State facilities that have a shortage of nurses; exempting from reemployment restrictions retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are employed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as nurses in State facilities that have a shortage of nurses; etc.
