Health Care Providers - Professional Liability Requirements - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Extending the termination date of provisions of law that require insurers providing professional liability insurance to a health care provider in the State to submit specified information to the Insurance Commissioner, authorize the Insurance Commissioner to require insurers of other lines of liability insurance to submit such reports, and require the Insurance Commissioner to submit a report on the Commissioner's findings as to specified acts on the availability and affordability of specified liability insurance; etc.
