Vehicle Laws - Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Bodily Injury or Death - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a felony for a person causing bodily injury to or death of another as a result of a vehicular accident to leave the scene of the accident under specified circumstances; and providing for penalties for a felony under the Act.
