Synopsis:

Providing the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System with discretion to take specified action if the actual retirement benefit received by a retiree is 1% lower than an estimate of benefits and the retiree acted in reliance upon the estimate; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
