Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Howard County for improvements to county drainage systems, storm drain systems, roadways, sidewalks, and curbs, for the revitalization of the corridor surrounding Maryland Route 1; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
