Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retired Personnel

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retired public school bus drivers of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are reemployed by the State or specified participating governmental units as public school bus drivers; and requiring the county boards of education to provide specified information to the State Retirement Agency.
