Synopsis:

Expanding the exclusive jurisdiction of the juvenile court to include proceedings involving specified children alleged to have committed specified acts; repealing provisions of law authorizing a court exercising criminal jurisdiction to transfer jurisdiction to a juvenile court under specified circumstances; repealing provisions of law prohibiting a court exercising criminal jurisdiction from transferring jurisdiction to a juvenile court under specified circumstances; etc.
