Synopsis:

Providing that an applicant for an absentee ballot may request that specified information on the application be made unavailable for examination by any registered voter; creating an automatic consent to make specified information concerning applicants for absentee ballots available for examination by any registered voter; and prohibiting the local boards of elections from making specified information concerning these applicants available for examination by any registered voter.
