Synopsis:

Authorizing a county board of education to establish a teacher incentive coupon book; allowing a credit for businesses against the State income tax for contributions of redeemed goods or services to the coupon book; providing for the carryover of unused credit to future taxable years; providing for standards for the coupon book; limiting use of a coupon book to county teachers; and establishing that there is no charge to a teacher for the coupon book.
