Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration, on receiving notice of a conviction under specified provisions of the Maryland Vehicle Law of an individual whose license to drive is revoked, to extend the date before which the individual is not eligible for reinstatement; providing for specified procedures; providing that the Administration may not revoke a license that is currently revoked; etc.
