Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from demolishing specified single residential complexes that have been occupied by a majority of elderly occupants in the 3 years prior to the proposed demolition date, are located in a county or municipal corporation that has lost at least 20% of its population in the 20 years prior to the proposed demolition date, and have not been condemned or declared uninhabitable, and converting the land for an educational or recreational use that benefits a private, nonaffiliated primary or secondary school.
