Synopsis:

Requiring a juvenile adjudicated delinquent for an act that would be a crime if committed by an adult to register on a specified offender registry under specified circumstances; and providing that confidentiality provisions relating to juvenile records do not prohibit a juvenile from providing information for purposes of registering on a specified offender registry.
