Synopsis:

Providing that it is a felony to engage in a continuous course of sexual conduct with a person under 14 years of age under specified circumstances; providing penalties; providing that a sentence under the Act may be imposed separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with any other sentence imposed under specified circumstances; providing a form for use in any indictment, information, or warrant charging a violation of the Act; etc.
