Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Summer Youth Connection Program in the Department of Business and Economic Development; providing that the Program is to provide paid summer work opportunities, employability training, and career counseling to specified disadvantaged youth; requiring funds for the Program to be used for specified services; requiring the Secretary of Business and Economic Development to adopt regulations to implement the Program and monitor Program participants; etc.
