Synopsis:

Removing a specified time limit that a landowner is required to wait before requesting review to terminate an easement; and authorizing the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation to conduct an inquiry to determine whether to terminate an easement upon the request of a landowner within a specified time limit.
