Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners to adopt regulations for the registration of energy practitioners; defining the term "energy therapy" and other terms; authorizing the Board to set fees for the registration of energy practitioners; establishing an Energy Practitioner Advisory Committee within the Board; specifying the membership, powers, and duties of the Advisory Committee; prohibiting the practice of energy therapy by individuals without a registration by the Board with specified exceptions; etc.
