Consumer Protection - Cellular Telephones - Required Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring manufacturers of cellular telephones sold in the State to place on each cellular telephone a sticker containing a notice about studies linking use of cellular telephones to a higher incidence of brain cancer; and providing that a failure to comply with the Act is an unfair and deceptive trade practice under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
