Entitled:
Hospitals - Credentialling Process - Certified Nurse Midwives

Synopsis:

Requiring each hospital, as a condition of licensure, to establish a credentialling process for certified nurse midwives who are employed by or have staff privileges at the hospital; altering provisions relating to the requirement that the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene establish minimum standards for a specified credentialling process; establishing standards by which each hospital shall grant clinical admitting privileges; etc.
