Coordination of Immunization Services Act of 2001

Synopsis:

Establishing a specified computerized information system within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to coordinate immunization data from health care providers; specifying who is an authorized user of the information in the system; establishing the purposes of the computerized information system; specifying what records may be used to collect information for the system; providing an exemption to allow specified individuals who receive immunizations to refuse to provide data to the system; etc.
