Maryland Emergency Management Agency - Report - Statewide Swift Water Flood Rescue Plan

Synopsis:

Requiring the Director of the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, with special assistance, to develop a report evaluating the current swift water flood response capabilities in the State and recommending policies and procedures for inclusion in a statewide swift water flood rescue plan; requiring the Agency to submit the report to the Governor and General Assembly by December 1, 2002; etc.
