Adulterated Foods - Increasing the Amount of Alcohol That May Be Added to Confectioneries

Synopsis:

Increasing the permissible amount of alcohol that can be added to a confectionery product before it is classified as adulterated food; and requiring a label to be placed on the container of the confectionery product stating that the product contains up to 5% per volume of alcohol and the sale of the product to individuals under 21 years of age is prohibited.
