Fox Chasing on Private Property

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from engaging in fox chasing on private property without first obtaining written permission from the landowner or the landowner's agent; providing that a person fox chasing on private property will be liable for any damage caused to the property by the person or the person's dogs; and providing that a person engaging in fox chasing on private property without written permission shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
