Entitled:
Bicycle Riders and Pedestrians - Transportation Planning and Safety

Synopsis:

Providing for the establishment of bicycle-pedestrian planning districts to assist in carrying out specified duties relating to bicycle and pedestrian safety and access to transportation facilities; requiring the Secretary of Transportation to designate a district coordinator for each district; establishing the coordinator's duties; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop a special registration plate to promote safe bicycling in the State; providing for the use of specified fees; etc.
